Assess how your body moves within the five Movement Pillars (Upper Body Mobility, Core, Pelvis, Pelvic Floor, and Daily Movement Patterns).
Before we meet, please complete the health questionnaire and send photos/videos as requested at least 48hrs before your session to avoid rescheduling.
During the assessment, we will work together to identify how your body is moving, leaving you with a clear plan of action of which daily movement patterns to improve and why it matters.
